Obituary of Gwendolyn Lynn Rogers-Gaines

Her Legacy...Gwendolyn Lynn Rogers-Gaines was born on February 23, 1960 in Chico, California to Floyd G. Rogers and Gwendolyn L. Bentz Rogers. Gwendolyn passed away on April 5, 2018 at home in Oroville, California. She was a hardworking daughter, sister, mother, grandmother, aunt and friend to many. She loved her family and her animals. She loved to play hard and work hard and had a passion for creating beautiful objects whether it be flowers, wood, vegetables, concrete and landscaping. She loved working for all the people at Lake Madrone, California, another part of her family. 

Her Family... Gwendolyn is survived by her daughters Brandee (Elmer) Crampton of Erie, IL; Melissa Amos of Carbon Cliff, IL; Courtney (Danny) Sayazar of Oroville, CA; her sons Jason Levi (Tara) Amos of Prophetstown, IL; Calvin Parr Jr. of Oroville, CA; 17 grandchildren and 14 nieces and nephews and many great nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her husband James Gaines, her parents Floyd and Gwendolyn, her brother Robert, and her granddaughter Hayden. 

Her Farewell Service...Graveside Services will be held on Wednesday, April 11, 2018 at 11:00 AM at Memorial Park Cemetery, 5646 Lincoln Blvd Oroville, California. Arrangements have been entrusted to Ramsey
