Obituary of Maria De Jesus Gomez

Maria De Jesus Gomez 48, Of Gridley, CA, passed away on Monday April 2, 2018 at Enloe Hospital in Chico, CA. Maria was born on April 21, 1969 in Jalisco, Mexico to parents Marcelino and Juana Carmona.

Maria Graduated from Biggs High School where she then held a caretaker career for 15 plus years devoting her time to those in need.

Renee Carmona whom was Maria's brother, passed away at a very young age and now they will both be reunited in heaven.

Maria's family consists of 2 brothers Marcelino Carmona and Francisco Carmona and 1 sister Araceli Gomez. She was a loving mother to Roberto, Federico, and Maribel Gomez as well as a loving grandmother to Jose Jr Romero.

A mass will be held on Thursday April 12th at 10:30 a.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Gridley, with a reception following, at Sacred Heart Hall at 2p.m. We welcome you to join us in the remembrance of Maria Gomez. Thank you!
