His Legacy… Mark Craig Horn was born on August 21, 1953 in Phoenix, Arizona to Farles and Mary Horn. Mark passed away on March 31, 2018 in Oroville, California. He was a loving father, brother, uncle and pastor. He served eight years in the United States Navy. He worked many different jobs throughout the course of his life, the most recent being at Blue Shield, Transportation Security Administration at the Chico Airport, and at the Chico Veterans Administration Clinic where he enjoyed helping other Veterans like himself. On June 8, 1996 he married the love of his life, Pamela Huston, and with her enjoyed the last 22 years of his life with the family they built together. He was very involved in his church, being part of the worship team, and later becoming a licensed minister, serving on the staff team of his church. He believed God should be the foundation that a family is built upon. He was an avid San Diego sports fan, enjoyed watching criminal TV, constantly teased and taunted anyone around with his humor, and loved watching his children grow and supporting their dreams.
