Michael Ostrander, 39, passed away after a short illness on Sunday, February 18, 2018 in Oroville California. A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, March 4, 2018 at the Palermo Grange from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm. Arrangements are entrusted to Oroville Funeral Home (530 533-0323).
