Obituary of Hugh Curtis Cowan III
His Legacy...Curt Cowan was born on January 28, 1953 in Niagra Falls, New York to Hugh Jr. and Nellie (The Bip) Cowan. He died in his home on November 25, 2017. Curt grew up in Oroville, California. He attended Las Plumas High School where he competed in football and base ball, and played the drums in the school band for all four years. He was a member of the Laborers Local Union 185 where he worked construction for 35 years.
His Family... Curt is survived by his sister Barbara Cowan Henjum of Kennewick, WA; a brother Shawn (Debra) Cowan of Oroville, CA: and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents.
His Farewell Service... There will be a Graveside Service for Curt on Thursday, December 7, 2017 at 10:30 AM at Memorial Park Cemetery, 5646 Lincoln Blvd Oroville, California. Services are under the direction of Ramsey Funeral Home 530-534-3877.
