Mr. Xue Yang of Oroville California passed away on Dec. 20, 2019 in Chico California. Traditional Hmong Services will be held on January 11, 12 and 13th, 2020 at Oroville Municipal Auditorium, 1200 Myers Street, Oroville, California.
