Obituary of Vivian Ellen Stephens

Vivian Ellen Stephens was born on Feb. 24th, 1936 in Indio, California.  Vivian passed away on October 27th, 2019.  Mrs Stephens was a school teacher for 37 years in Butte County.  She loved her family, teaching, sports and travel.  She was preceded in death by her husband John Stephens, their daughter Sheila, and her parents John and Alice Anthony and her sister Allie May.  Petey, the name her mother called her all her life (or Pete) is survived by 3 daughters, 5 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren and one great-great- grandchild.  Graveside services were held on Oct. 31, 2019 at Memorial Park Cemetery in Oroville, California where she was layed to rest beside her husband.
