I am so sorry for your family's loss. My deepest condolences go out to you as you deal with Maria's passing. I did not know her or you, but I feel connected to her spirit nonetheless. I don't know how to put this lightly, but I was the one who found her in the river. You may not want to know about any connection to this part of her life, but if you would like to talk about anything, please feel free to contact me at my email provided. My three friends I was with and I are planning on returning to the river sometime to erect a small memorial and hold a moment of silence for Maria. If you or any family members would like to be involved in any way or come along, please let me know.
