Chou Moua, 57, passed away July 24, 2025.

Traditional Hmong service will begin on Sunday August 24, 2025, 8:00 AM at the Southside Community Center in Oroville, California and continue till the Burial Service on Monday August 25, 2025, 11:00 AM at Memorial Park Cemetery in Oroville.
