Dale Jones born June 12th, 1950 and passed away on July 18th, 2025 from complications due to a stroke. 

    He was born to Charles and Joyce Jones in Los Angeles, California. Survived by his sons, Chris (Shawna) and Ryan Jones.  Three grandchildren he loved dearly, Sarah, Tyler, and Kylie. Brothers Gary and Alan Jones and sister Casey Sohnrey. As well as numerous nephews and nieces. Dale had a love of anything with wheels or wings, as long as it went fast. With over 25,000 hours of flight time, his love of flying started early and lasted until his final flight west. He will be remembered as the life of the party, the Patron, Grandpa D, the shoulders that many stood upon, and the guy that was shirtless because he gave it away. To say he will be missed is a given.

Graveside services will be held on July 29th at 10am at Gridley Biggs Cemetery, 2023 Hwy 99, Gridley, with reception to follow at the Gridley Moose Lodge 1533 Hwy 99, Gridley.
