Brigid A Grogan Obituary

Brigid Ann Grogan

May 13, 1950 – May 6, 2025

Brigid Ann Grogan passed away peacefully in Oroville, California, on May 6, 2025, just one week before her 75th birthday. Born on May 13, 1950, in Oroville, she was a lifelong resident of the community she loved.

Brigid was the beloved daughter of William James Grogan of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and Colleen Elaine Grogan of Westwood, California, both of whom preceded her in death.

She is lovingly remembered by her siblings: Bill Grogan, Joe Grogan, and Mary (Meg) Wiebe and her husband, Jerry Wiebe. She also leaves behind her cherished nephew John Bostwick, niece Kellie Bostwick, great-nephews RJ Shird and Kevahn Ebron, and many dear cousins.

Brigid pursued her education at Butte College and went on to retire from Pacific Coast Producers in Oroville. A woman of many talents and passions, she found joy in art, especially drawing. She also loved dancing, and found so much joy and love in the dogs in her life. She also enjoyed traveling and crocheting.

A graveside service to honor Brigid’s life will be held on Thursday, May 29, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at Memorial Park Cemetery, 5646 Lincoln Blvd, Oroville, California.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Brigid’s memory to PAWS of Oroville, 3557 Oro Dam Blvd, Oroville, CA 95966. A cause close to her heart.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Ramsey Funeral Home 530-534-3877
