Dwayne Watkins was born on February 12, 1943, in Fullerton, CA, to Mable and Clifton Watkins. Dwayne passed away on April 1, 2025, in Oroville, CA.

He was a loving brother, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and uncle. Dwayne was the founder of A-1 Appliance in Oroville, and after retiring after 30 years of service, he enjoyed traveling, camping, and riding in the dunes with his wife, Jenny.

Dwayne is survived by his wonderful sister, Bev; sons Troy, Brian, and Mike; daughters Charmaine, Tammy, Brenda, and Sarah; 21 beautiful grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Mable and Clifton Watkins, his wife, Jenny Watkins, and his sister, Joyce Powell.

Services for Dwayne will be held on April 19, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at Ramsey Funeral Home, 1175 Robinson Street, Oroville, CA.
