Obituary of Judith Marie Bowles

Chester and Judith Bowles, beloved husband and wife, have continued their love story through their dual passing. Chester, age 88, passed March 14, 2025 and Judy, age 85, passed March 15, 2025 in Oroville, California.

They will be reunited with their son, Chet Bowles, and daughter, Kelly Harrington.

They are survived by their daughter Lisa Bowles, grandchildren: Chad and Tyler Mullin, Matt, Evan, Adam and Alex Bullard, and Mallory and Zachary Bowles, as well as seven great-grandchildren. 

Chester and Judy spent their lives in California, beginning their story as teenagers in Wosco. They spent many happy years in Tehachapi, Pismo Beach and then enjoyed 23 years in Oroville where they passed peacefully.

Chester and Judy cherished their time creating memories in the outdoors, hosting family gatherings and caring for their dog, Pamela. The two shared their love of music with their family, sparking generations of musical inspiration. 

This past January Chester and Judy celebrated their 68th wedding anniversary. They were much loved by their family and friends and will be greatly missed.
