Her Legacy…

Jewel Steelman was born on March 24, 1943 in San Jose, California to Albert and Edith Luthold. Jewel passed away on March 10, 2025 in Sacramento, California. She was a loving Wife, Mother, and Grandmother. Jewel married the love of her life, Haskell Steelman, on May 17, 1959. They spent 65 wonderful years together. She enjoyed crocheting, sewing, cooking, and taking care of her family. Jewel loved the Lord and was a member of Calvary Christian Center in Oroville, California.

Her Family…

Jewel is survived by her husband, Haskell, her daughters Terry (David) Brown and Kathy (Duane) Bird, her sister Marie Zenor, & Margie, 10 grandchildren, and 18 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, 3 daughters, Elizabeth Giordanella, Anne McElhaney, Deanna Prater, and her sister Sharon Blaettler.

Her Farewell Service…

There will be a visitation on Monday, March 17, 2025 at Ramsey Funeral Home from 4-7pm. Her Farewell Service will be held on March 18, 2025 at Ramsey Funeral Home at 10:30am with a graveside Committal to follow at Memorial Park Cemetery.
