Hoke Murray passed away February 23, 2025 in Oroville, California.

Born August 16, 1956 to Richard and Joyce Murray.

Hoke lived in many places over his lifetime, Rappahannock County being one of them, finally settling into his home in Ca. for his later years being blessed to spend time with family there.

Hoke loved to stay in touch with his many friends, often speaking fondly of his "Rappahannock friends".

He was an avid gardener and will be remembered for his strong opinions and sense of humor. He was greatly loved and will be sorely missed.

His is preceded in death by his parents Richard and Joyce Murray.

He is survived by his brothers Greg Murray (Carol) Oroville, Ca., Richard Murray, Walt Murray, Cedartown, Ga. sisters Karen Clemens (Wade) Spotsylvania, Va., Samantha Taubenberger (Mike) Flint Hill, Va. and numerous nieces and nephews.
