Dear family of Cynthia,
Please accept my sincerest condolences on your mother's passing. She and her staff provided loving care to some of my very special students in the Early Start Program at GCOE. I am grateful to her for all she did for them and for always welcoming me and my program into the care home in Orland. She will be greatly missed.
