Obituary of Vicki Jo Parmentier

Her Legacy…Vicki Jo Parmentier was taken suddenly from us on June 18, 2017. She was born Vicki Jo Fairbanks on February 21, 1945 in Albany CA to Garth & LaVon Fairbanks. The family moved to Paradise CA in 1951 where she grew into a beautiful young woman and had her 4 children. In 1984 she moved her family to Oroville CA. She married Fred Parmentier in 2005. Vicki Jo was a very special person to a lot of people. She had an honest and good heart. Her bubbly personality and fun loving nature made her the life of the party. She loved camping, fishing, horseback riding, painting, telling silly quotes and funny stories, and most of all her family (and pets). We will miss her goofiness and infectious smile. Her Family…Vicki Jo is survived by her husband, Fred Parmentier, three sons, Luis (Jennifer) Sepulveda, Kam (Kelly) Sepulveda and Kory (DeDe) Sepulveda, daughters, ReNelle Sepulveda, Misty (Ryan) Rayome and Vicki Rapp, 13 grandchildren, two brothers Dee (Donna) Fairbanks and Ren (Marilyn) Fairbanks, sister Terese (Robert) Hansen, and numerous nieces and nephews. Her Farewell Service… A Visitation will be held at Oroville Funeral Home, 1454 Montgomery Street, Oroville CA, on Thursday, June 22, 2017 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm. The Graveside Service will be held at Memorial Park Cemetery, 5646 Lincoln Boulevard, Oroville CA, on Friday, June 23, 2017 at 9:00 am. Celebration of Life will follow at the Monday Club, 2385 Montgomery Street, Oroville CA. Arrangements are entrusted to Oroville Funeral Home.
